Welcome! My name is Sterling Guelich, and I am a virtual assistant specializing in online marketing strategies.

I work with REALTORS® and small business owners who wish to set themselves apart, with distinction, from their competition.

I primarily help you build your brand through precise online marketing strategies. My mission is to help you develop and maintain a consistent, high-quality online presence.

What I Do

• Manage websites – I am what you might call a “third party webmaster.” I manage websites within their overall framework – whether your website is template-based or fully custom.
• Counsel on the people trying to sell you something – I help you sort through offers you receive from cold calls, email solicitations and other sales outlets. People try to sell you website packages, placement on Google’s ‘first page,’ lead-generation tools, consultations, and a wide range of products and services. I combine my built-in B.S. detector with my extensive experience as a virtual assistant to advise you on the legitimacy and the potential effectiveness of these products and services.
• Work with vendors and consultants – I work with the technology vendors and consultants you’ve hired and I implement their products and/or services. As with the bullet before this one, I will also give you my honest opinion as to whether those vendors and consultants are working in your best interests.
• Market real estate listings listings – I market my real estate clients’ listings online – by hand. I can help you develop and implement a targeted “listing blitz” strategy, which promotes both your listings and you.
• Design real estate listing presentations – I can help REALTORS® develop listing presentations that will blow their competitors away.
